Terms of Service

Orders & payment. Orders are confirmed once the 30% advance is received. The remaining 70% is payable in cash on delivery. If we cannot deliver, the advance is refunded in full. Prices include all mandatory coatings; optional lens upgrades are itemized before payment.

Prescriptions. You are responsible for providing an accurate, current prescription (we recommend under 2 years old). Our opticians verify every prescription before cutting; if something looks off, we contact you before production. Lenses cut to your prescription are custom goods — if our lab mis-cuts your Rx, we re-cut them once, free.

Virtual try-on. The AR preview is a styling aid, not a medical fitting. Final fit adjustments are free at delivery in metro areas.
