Do I have to pay an advance?+
Only if your order includes prescription lenses. Every frame ships with free standard lenses fitted and is full cash on delivery — nothing to pay online. Prescription lenses are paid upgrades and take a 30% advance via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer or QR scan, which books your lenses into the lab; the remaining 70% is cash on delivery.
How do I buy glasses online in Pakistan with my prescription?+
Three ways: upload a photo or PDF of your prescription at checkout, type it in manually, or simply place your order and send the prescription later on WhatsApp. A certified optician verifies every prescription within hours before your lenses are cut.
Is there a prescription fitting charge?+
No — optician verification, precision lens cutting, fitting and the final quality check are all included free with every prescription order. You only pay for the frame and the lens option you choose.
How does the AR virtual try-on work?+
Open the Try-On page, allow camera access, and Klarity maps 468 facial landmarks in real time to place frames on your face at true scale. No camera? Upload a selfie instead. It runs in your browser — nothing is recorded or uploaded to our servers.
How long does delivery take in Pakistan?+
Lahore: 2–3 days. Other cities: 5–7 days. Prescription orders add 1–2 days for lens cutting and quality checks. Shipping is free on orders over Rs 5,000.
What if something is wrong with my order?+
Message us on WhatsApp — our opticians handle every fit or quality concern directly, and fit adjustments are free at delivery in metro areas.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet — we currently deliver within Pakistan only, to every city, with tracked courier delivery.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Cash on Delivery (70% balance), JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfer, QR scan and direct bank transfer. Every method is shown with its exact amount before you confirm your order.
Are blue light glasses worth it?+
Many people who spend long hours on screens like them for comfort, but the research is mixed: a 2023 Cochrane review found blue-light filtering lenses may make little or no difference to eye strain in the short term. Breaks every 20 minutes and a correct prescription matter more. If you want the filter anyway, Blue Cut HD adds it to any frame.
How do I know my frame size?+
Check the numbers printed inside your current glasses' temple arm — e.g. 52-18-140 means lens width 52mm, bridge 18mm, temple 140mm. Every Klarity product page lists exact dimensions, and the AR try-on shows true-to-scale fit on your face.
Are transition and photochromic glasses the same?+
Yes. "Transition glasses" is the everyday name for glasses with photochromic lenses, which darken in sunlight and clear indoors. Our transition glasses (Specialized Frames) come with them fitted, and any eyeglasses frame takes Photo Grey lenses from Rs 2,000.
