Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your name, phone, address and order details — because couriers need them. Your prescription — because lenses need it. Your email, if you share it, for order updates and (only if you opt in) our newsletter.

The AR try-on records nothing. Camera frames are processed entirely in your browser, on your device. No video or image from the try-on is ever uploaded, stored or seen by us.

Prescriptions are medical data. They are stored securely, used only to manufacture your lenses, shared only with our lab, and deleted on request.

We never sell your data. No data broker, no advertiser lists, no exceptions. Payment details are handled by your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank) — we never see or store them.
